Meal Fresh Kitchen – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Meal Fresh Kitchen (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website www.mealfreshkitchen.au or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Meal Fresh Kitchen provides healthy, chef-prepared meals delivered weekly or fortnightly across selected suburbs in Victoria. Our mission is to make mealtime healthy, fresh, and convenient — every week.

By ordering from our website or subscribing to our meal plans, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, as well as any policies linked on our site (including our Privacy Policy).

2. Orders and Subscriptions

Orders can be placed as one-time purchases or subscriptions.
Subscription customers receive 10% off every recurring order.
Subscriptions are flexible — you may pause, skip, modify, or cancel before Tuesday 5 PM (AEST) each week.
Orders processed after Tuesday 5 PM are confirmed for delivery and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Deliveries are made weekly or fortnightly, depending on your selection.

Payment Timing:

Payments are processed automatically every Wednesday for the upcoming delivery cycle.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Credit card, debit card, or direct debit.

3. Deliveries

Deliveries occur on designated days and do not run on public holidays. Orders scheduled for a public holiday will arrive on the following business day.
Meals are delivered chilled and must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival (below 4 °C).
Once delivered to your nominated address or left in a safe place (as authorised), responsibility for the meals transfers to you.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

To modify, pause, skip, or cancel your order, log into your account and click “Manage Subscription.”
Any updates made after Tuesday 5 PM will apply to the next cycle.
If a payment has already been processed, please contact our team to discuss cancellation options.

5. Pricing, Discounts & Promo Codes

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Subscription pricing includes a 10% discount.
Promo codes cannot be used on active subscriptions but can be applied to one-time orders.
We reserve the right to change prices or promotional offers at any time.

6. Refunds & Returns

Because our meals are made fresh to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsafe product, please contact us immediately at so we can assist under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Food Safety & Allergies

Meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen that handles allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, and soy.
While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee meals are allergen-free.
Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and assessing suitability for their dietary needs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, recipes, images, and branding on our website are owned by Meal Fresh Kitchen and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Meal Fresh Kitchen is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

Late delivery, courier delays, or missed deliveries;
Failure to refrigerate or handle meals correctly;
Any indirect or consequential losses.

Our goods come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will take effect once posted on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the new Terms.
